It's almost scary, the things they can do these days.
I can only say that the ability to do any significant growth stopage of a living plant is scientifically impossible. Astro-turf sure that wont grow, grass, regs help alittle but it will always always always grow....period!
Food + water = growth. Period. Bet that stuff is lime green, too.
