Ok taken Why don't you try spiffs. Give them insentive adding to their pay. Bonuses would be the word. More quality work generated, more money in both of your pockets. I worked at Sears a long time ago and got spiffs on installing products on cars. After a while I got stuck fixing what others had messed up, After a little while I aksed who got the spiff money from fixing others boo boo's. The original machanic. That changed quickly after no one would fix any problems that came back. So if you did pay spiff they should go to the person who prefomed the job correctly. As far as percentages, I have no clue. I would like to find out myself after trying to incorperate this myself, but failed. Does that help?
