Got a chance to enter a commercial bid in central florida.just getting into buis. think 40.00 hr is a pretty good rate for 1st profile acct. cust wants yearly bid.should be able to finish in about 10 hrs with present equipt. I know theres alot of factors but Im trying to jump full time and I think this might be worth it even if I'm a little low.I know it may be low but I dont want to be way low. Help

    Do you have insurance?

That's the first thing the commercial accounts will look for...

How large is the property? What equipment will you be using?

What may take you 10 hours with a 36" walk behind, may take someone else with larger equipment less...
