Commercial account bidding

In your past experience when do most commercial accounts stop taking bids?

This really varies. Hopefully someone replies from your neck of the woods. I would say good rule of thumb is couple of months to 6 weeks before your mowing season begins. So for you, I would get on top of things right now and have things in soon.

I look for commercial work all year. People can cancel their contracts at anytime if they are unhappy. If they are not taking bids ask them when their contract is up and come back at that time.
