i was wondering what is the best way to get commercial accounts. such as banks shopping plazas or other corporate sites. should you write letters to the property owners and hope to hear from someone.

call and ask them or stop by the property who the person is incharge of the property, and then ask them what the requirements are for the job. figure them a price up on paper explaining everything that is to be done and turn it in. if you get the bid you should hear from them whether or not you get the job.

Letters will most likley get filed (in the trash) Just keep plugging away, definetly meet face to face. Be prepared with company info, maybe some decent pictures in a portfolio etc.
