I wanted to know how you guys get your commercial accouts?
do write a company a letter and tell them you would like to offer them a lawn service.
  2. That would be a good start.
Then follow up with a phone call.
    Just keep following up.
Don't get thinned skinned and crumble under a little rejection.
Just move on to the next one.
Show a lot of initiative and someone will hire you.

Then come back to lawnsite and post how you did it.:D

What I do is call and ask to talk to who ever is in charge of maintenance. Then I ask them if they are accepting bid if they yes I ask them if i can submit a bid and do. If they say they are under contract most of the time they say for how long and I say thanks and will try then. Once you submit that bid you have to call and call cause they take for ever. Don't be to pushy but let them know that you want there business.
