Being a residential maintenance company we are looking to expand to commercial accounts, including condo and apartment complexes. So the two questions we have:

    1. What is the secret to being awarded commercial accounts and what is the best way to go about getting them.

    2. Also, for anyone that has the commercial information from Lawn Care Success, is it worth it?

Trying not to grope information off anyone but thanks for the help.

commercial accounts can be worth it and they also can be a headache. it all depends on the customer and the industry in your area. commercials made up 60% of my gross revenue last season and they are 1/3 of my total accounts; but they take up half my time. from my experience with condo developments and apartment complexes is the lowest price is the best price 90% of the time. only once have i been awarded a contract for a apartment complex and it was pure luck i was the only one bidding.
