Commercial acres......Price per

    Iv'e seen many post on this site about price/acre.

    Ranging from 40 to 70 dollars.

    I truly hope that this is completely based on residential pricing.

    If not, then I'm way off base.

    What I'm curious about is the commercial side of it.

    an acre is an acre....$60 commercial or res. adjust for the weed whackin, obstacles, an cleanup..

    me to all I see is 43560 sg ft, and adjust for trimming etc. Mine works out to be about the same, very close in pricing.

    I apologize, I should have elaborated about the size of commercial properties.

    50 to 100 acres+

    Lawnmutt, I meant the price seemed quite high.

    I think the price per acre is about right. I get everybit of $75 per acre and sometimes more than that. I had some bumpy lots in a subdivision that i priced out at $100 an acre and got them.
