When you bigger guys , or anyone for that matter bid on a commercial property,,what kind of things do you include on the bid.

I ask, because I always see some of the bigger landscaping companies out there doing all the edging of the beds and such,,,and am wodnering if they just include stuff like that in there bid for the year..

Say a commercial place asks you to bid mulch in there,,do you add the bed edging? or do you add that to a proposal for hte year?

And when you turn in your bid,,does it include all the fun stuff individually that they want,, or do you guys tend to break it down in packages for them?

    Just wondering
