How do you get commercial properties? Do they have a management company that you have to go through?
You got to beat the street and talk to people. I found out a lot just by going in and asking for the manager. Sometime the would say well our property manager deals with our lawn maintenance. Then i would say "Do you have their name and number"
And if they said that they already have someone cutting they're lawn then i would say
" Well Sir or Mam if for any reason you go looking else wheres PLEASE give me a call"
I would be happy to place a bid on your property (And then hand them a business card)
Also make sure you dont talk crap about their current guy.thats a good way to get your self known around town the wrong way & make sure you have insurance & a License to do the work and workmans comp or atleast workmans comp exempt OR they wont even talk to you!!
