LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER

Qualifications: Previous experience in the industry as a Crew Leader or manager. Valid Drivers License, Drug Free!

Responsibilities: This is a field position that requires management, development and training abilities for landscape maintenance. This includes building strong relationships with clients and possessing positive interpersonal skills. Coordinate daily field operations through dealings with crews and clients. Ability to train and develop crews through education and safety. Aid in monitoring job quality standards. Proficiency required in verbal and writing skills for completion of paperwork and problem solving. Crew Leaders must possess all of the qualifications of the Landscape gardners position below and will preform many of the same duties.


LANDSCAPE GARDENERS

Qualifications: Prior experience in the industry and knowledge of operation of related equipment.. Should possess a positive attitude and a strong well-being.

Responsibilities: Performing landscape maintenance services, such as, but not limited to, mowing, weeding, edging, blowing, flower installation, mulching and pruning.
