I am fairly new in the business. I have several resident and small commercial accounts in Opelika , Alabama. I have come across a possible "Large" account of 52 total acre's. There are somewhere around 40, 000 square feet of buildings with the rest in lawn, shrubs and parking lots. I haven't a clue how to bid such a large area. I know I will have to have larger equipment and I am ready to go that route if I can land this account. Could anyone give me some kind of a price range I may be looking at? Thanks for the help. Jerry

Bid each area of lawn as though it we a seperate lawn, then add all the areas up. If you think it's too much, knock off 5-10% since you don't have any drive time to "each little lawn".
