Companies forsale online listings?

Im in the market to buy out another lawn maint company and cant find any listings online. Does anyone know of a website that might have some listings? I have a local broker that has a few landscape companies forsale but I have a feeling he is making a hefty commision off of those sales being that the sale prices are way up there. So I would rather find a sale without a broker if at all possible.
