In reply,<br>First I don't cut any lawns for people, too many other companys do that.<br>My firm found a nitch that most companys over look. I build Parks, playgrounds, ball fields. Reason is the Government always has money to spend, in my state the park districts are their own taxing body. As the taxing districts grow they put in new parks or remodel old ones. Some jobs I am the general contractor and on others 3 or 4 general contractors call me for the landscaping part, most times I'm the only landscaper they call!
