The nHOA has established a contract with Vista Lakes communities of Orlando Florida for lawn care services. Lawn care for the Vista Lakes community is now $12 per cut which includes mowing, trimming, cutting of trees and shrubs, weed control, and more. More than 30% of Vista Lakes communities have gotten involved in this program.

The National HomeOwners Association of America, Inc.(nHOA) today signed a 10-year agreement to use the services provided by BidWilly, Inc. nHOA plans to use BidWilly to better serve neighborhood associations through the use of their bidding software and the utilization of the free marketing tools provided to all registered users. This contractual agreement will save the nHOA and neighborhood associations an average of $3 million a year.
10 year contract!!!watch out now, thats a long time to wait it out, if i was there would be doing it for $15 and enlisting as many smaller local companysto jump on board, and sell the heck outta the service, emphasizing quality and price........just a thought.
