You guys that offer snow removal with you yearly contracts. Do you limit the amount of times you go per year. And do you visit the property at any amount of snow? Say like it has to be 2" or more?

Mother Nature limits the times I go. I was loving December and January, doing nothing, collecting on the contracts. But February is making up for it... Bigtime! I plow for x dollars per season, billed monthly. Most of my commercial contracts need plowed at 2 inches of snow. If salt is needed it is x dollars more per visit, and if snow removal needs done, its x dollars per hour. Salt and snow removal are over and above the contracted plowing price. This is my first season plowing, but I did quite a bit of research before the season started to know I'm in the ball park with the other local guys as far as pricing goes. Hope this helps, Its how most of us in my neck of the woods write our contracts.
