compost tea temp????

    when can I put it down ?? what is the best temp to start???soil temp?air temp?? I am on long island ny zone 7 thanks.........

    I'd say when the soil temps are in the mid 40's. The colder it is, the more biological activity slows down. So, there's really no set in stone answer, but if you're going to spend the time brewing, you would want as many microbes to survive and multiply as possible.

    Ideally you would be brewing at the same air temps that you're going to apply.
