Condo bid and equipment question

    I think I would pass. The 10 days seems unworkable. Sounds good in July and August, not so great otherwise. Scheduling would be a nightmare. Finally, it sounds like they are trying to save money, an automatic red flag. Unless you want to go 100% commercial and use this contract to buy commercial equipment, I would be extremely careful. Minimum of $60/hr.

    Thanks for the insight, I'm actually passing it off to another company for tender who can handle it better, and I may take on some of the work as a sub. Its definitely too much for me.

    The numbers are good? These places budget 2-5% for landscaping FYI.
