How do you obtain a contractors license? I've been reading that if you do get one, then you can sub contract out landscaping jobs. Any input would be great . Thanks.

In most places you need one in order to even operate. Make an appointment with your local consumer affairs then take the test and pay. If you are looking to sub after that point, make sure they have their own license also. ;)
