I am still one of the new guys here. I am working on drafting my contracts. One contract is for the monthly service with levelized billing built in. This would be primarily for seasonal lawn care etc with an extra form to add additional services that won't fit on the main contract page.

The second is more of a proposal contract for single time cuts and other work that will not require ongoing services.

Can anyone offer any tips or perhaps a sample contract that I can use to compare to my own? For the most part, I am using whatever information comes up under Google for landscaping contracts.

I cannot afford an attorney right now. Any help is appreciated.

contracts are good for commercial customers home owners are a bit weary about contracts so I use agreements that basically says they have to pay for the work I have done but can get out if they don't want future work.
