Convert from a bagging mower to a mulching mower?

I am a new home owner so I am new to the lawn care aspect being a home owner. The guy who sold me the house left his John Deere 14SB, so I have taken advantage of this great mower. The only problem is that it is a bagging mower. This is a pain because I have to empty the bag at least 5 times during the course of cutting my lawn.

I have heard that there are kits that can convert a mower from a bagger into one that shoots the clippings back onto the lawn. Does anyone know how difficult a job this might be and where I might go to buy such a kit?

    Thank you in advance

All you need for it is a mulch kit made by john Deere. It is just a plug that fits into the chute and a mulching blade. It will mulch great. I had a lot of those 14SB mowers at one time and really liked the cut. They mulch and bag well.
