Converting a utility trailer to an "irrigation trailer"

I'm in the market for a new trailer for my irrigation business. I really like the looks of these: http://durahauler.com/_wsn/page4.html and item number 170085160798 on Ebay. Unfortunately both are a 28 hour round trip drive to pick up. One won't ship, one estimated $1000 to ship. So anyway I'm contemplating ways to take an ordinary utility trailer and add the bins down the side and the pipe rack overhead without doing any welding.

Similar to what this guy did: http://s26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/tpntx/trailer/?action=view&slideshow=true but without welding.

Any ideas on what materials I could use that I could get at Home Depot or somewhere? I've called a few trailer places here locally and can't find anyone that does any customization like that.
