I would change the Lawn Maintenance column and everything under it to
    a different heading.
You have lawn maintenance , fert, aerating etc. by the hour.

I use this more for myself than the customer. I give them a written proposal with the work to be and total price. I don't really break it down per hour or how long, just one price for everything.

Please elaborate on what "aerification" is and how to do that?

So, are you specializing in turf management?
