Just for that, I'll upload the badgers somewhere, and post them twice as much :realmad:

Only Kirl and Boots have kept their real self private ( for some stupid ass reason) on this forum, the rest have come out of the closet and become good, personal friends. :dizzy:

http://www.gastmfg.com/support_documents/lubricated_AM_OM.pdf Here is the link for the air motor on the Cox reels. I have the same air motor operated reel. You need to have a filter and a lubrication on the air feed line going into the motor. It is supposed to be 1 drop of oil per min of run time induced into the air stream for the motor operation. The manual is how I have mine set up, and have not had any problems.

Thanks for that link and the info, you would think Cox would have that in their installation and maintenance procedures.

I took off the air muffler and rotated the drum and a nasty milky substance came spitting out. I'm going to flush it per the link above and hopefully that will take care of my problem.

Sprayed a bunch of WD-40 in the intake and exhaust ports blew it out, repeat x3. Added air tool oil and it's good as new! Not a fan of Cox 'tech' support.

Put an inline oiler , and a water seperator .
