That really isn't as bad as you think. That looks like a 1 ton Toyota. They actually did make a 1 ton pickup back in the 80's. And you could actually buy an aftermarket kit to make it a dually. I've heard of a lot of guys doing this to use as lawn trucks.

That pic has stay away all over it first the weight rating? frams not ment to carry that much the back end overhangs too much. I guess if you want to carry grass clippings it would be fine .

- look at the frame it absolutly is no where close to a 1 ton let alone a 1/2 ton.
- Also he clearly states that he put a 350 in it, which was too big in the first place due to the fact that a transfer case wont fit.
I just find it crazy that This can even be road legal. If i put 1 ton of gravel in the back it would either snap or tip on a turn.
