The blades on my M60 tank will not engage right away when turned on. I have to rock the mower back and forth and they will eventually engage. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

There are 3 9/16 bolts on the clutch. Tighten them about a 1/4 of a turn each.

There are 3 holes on the clutch under the 9/16 bolts to measure the gap with a feeler gauge. Make sure they are each at 15 thousandths. If not you will ruin the clutch.
