I had 2 different customers ask if I could mow, / weed whack there empty flower bed weeds, WHEN I was there doing weekly maintenance, even though this was not in the agreement. I only mow lawns not flower bed weeds for free but for a price, would you charge them?
Not trying to be an a$$ but I hope you have a pesticide license to do that. They have been cracking down hard on guys in our part of Georgia (central Georgia) for that. Just a friendly heads up!

I have to chime in on the round up aspect- Get your pesticide applicators license.
In, MN I believe the law is if you are applying commercially (anytime it is NOT your property) you need a license.
It will make you look much more professional and not piss off owners like me who go through everything by the books.
