Customer etiquette

    I was at a house estimating for mulch, while I was in the middle of measuring, cops, emts and a ambulance , show up to the house. Someone in the house got hurt not the homeowner though. The homeowner was outside with the emts, and I said that I will come back at better time and left

    Should call back to reschedule for the estimate in a couple of days or wait for them to call me?

    I agree..call and make sure everything is ok then see if you can reschedule
