There is a lot of traffic on some of the forums, I would love to be able to customize what content is listed (or better yet NOT listed) when I do a search for new posts.

Example, I log on and hit the new posts button, but I have set it up so it only lists new posts from say: hardscaping, tractors and commercial landscaping forums.

    Is this possible?

Ahhh, come on now. It's like a grocery store thing. You need to wander the isles for things to catch your eye.
I would find my LS experience very limited if I stuck to just the Landscaping forums.
Things like billing and customer service, business communications, courtesy,. It's all part of the whole you see.
Or if you don't like that reasoning,
then I will just call you lazy and be done with it.

When you go in a specific forum, all threads with new posts since your last visit have an arrow ([IMG]) next to them. If you click on it, you'll get to the your first unread post in the thread. That's a good way to see the new posts since your last visit in the forum of your choice.

thanks for the reminder, I had forgotten about that. But really I want to block the non-landscaping related stuff like the religion and politics -they are pretty heavily posted threads, and quite frankly I am here for Landscaping.

Ah SheShovel, your humor is dark and blunt as usual:laugh: and for the record, I was a happy camper when my grocery store put some milk right up front so I didn't have to be enticed to buy buy buy all the way to the back of the store.
