Hey guys , just wondering what some of you would do if you seeded and put cover mulch down then the wind blew it off several hours later what would you do? Meaning the cover mulch, not the seed. We worked it all up then put down Cal. Pellets, and grass seed w/oats then mulched everything about 5.5 hrs of work. Got done cleaning up and leaving then the wind started howling and started blowing off the mulch in spots.

Depends. Do you have an estimate amount?

If so, I'd go back, max out the estimate and get it right.....

If not, I'd be done unless they want to commit to more money.

For me, the extra time isn't that big of a deal.....but the extra time when my route is full makes it worth something extra IMO.

Chalk it up to experience, there are projects I won't do on windy days for that very reason,
now you see how I learned my lesson, too.
