    Day late and some dollars short
    When is the earliest you would start bidding on jobs.Here in Pa we still have snow on the ground so no one is thinking about lawn care, but when we call to see if businesses are taking bids we find that they just signed their contract

    There is no such thing as 'too early' to start prospecting in the commercial market. The reason being is that 'when' they start accepting bids is a stab in the dark at best. That's because who knows when their tax year begins/ends and rather or not they base contract dates on that or not.
