    dealer wanting me to try a differant brand.kubota midmount diesel and exmark.any thoughts.i have been running dixie choppers since 88.

    I demoed a kubotalast week nice machine then the dealer looked at the deck on my great dane and said "now thats a deck"

    I didnt like the thin deck that it had but it is a pressed deck and I know that they cant do that with much heavier then 7 gdge. I looked at the gravely also deck was the same.

    Are you unhappy with your chopper? Just wondering why you would want a different mower when the Dixie Chopper is supposed to be the Cadillac of mowers? Please explain why?

    grass always looks a little greener on the other side,
    then you get over there ,it still looks greener on the other side.
    just the way we humans an cows is made. later tm:)

    Yes,I',m very happy with my choppers.I just wanted to see what the fuss was all about with that pretty red paint.haha .just kidding.Put it another way .i would be saving wear and tear on mine.:)
