Does anyone have any suggestions on what to include in a waiver to have design service customers sign upon the completion of a landscape plan so that I can freely use it for promotional purposes?

Here is what I have so far:

I ________________________________, having paid, in full, for a completed landscape design plan from Company Name, hereby give my permission for said company to use portions of any completed plans or specifications or likenesses of said items for promotional purposes. At no time will my identity or personal information be published or printed with said material. This waiver does not allow Company Name to sell this plan or portions of it to any other person or entity.

I don't want anything very complicated that would scare anyone from signing it or from hiring me to do the landscaping in the plan.
