i have a diesel transfer tank and a diamond plate toolbox in the back of my '03 ram. some of the fuel spilled out once and in the heat has staned both the tank and the top of the tool box. is there any cleaner or anything that will clean this off it really looks aweful

I would try some WD-40 first if it disolves the diesel then wash it down with WD-40 then afterwards with a citrus degreaser then after that your regular car wash soap and wash the whole truck.

You could try Dawn dish soap, brake parts cleaner on diamond plate only or Simple Green.

if the above methods do not work take it to a local detail shop and have them acid wash the tank make darn sure that they know what they are doing if they do it wrong it will screw the finish up on the diamond plate
