Different prices for almost million dollar homes

    A lot of talk about looking for high priced homes. But if you think about it, just because a home might be worth a million doesn't mean they are millionaires. Here is a pix of house in NJ,almost 800k .

    Now here is a 800k home in my area.

    Wish I could get better pixs to compare.Anyways, that 1st home for lawn cutting would be about 25-30 bucks,where the other one has 6 acres of land. So it's not really the price of the home.

    The first house would be 300 to 400k here. The second would be 750k, maybe a little more.
