Distilled verses RO water For Batteries

.... Most people use distilled water to top off there batteries. But, what about RO water? RO water has had just about everything removed from it. Is there any good reason why RO water CAN”T be substituted for distilled water? What kind of water do you use in your batteries, if you use any at all ?

Tap water here. I've never had a problem. the main thing is don't let them get low.

I use distilled water. That’s the way I was taught when growing up. I guess the reason to use it is because all the impurities have been removed.
