do exmark warranty's transfer to new owners? I was assured by a dealer that they were. Any one done this before?

Yes, the warranty is transferable provided the mower has been maintained and will pass a dealer's inspection. I have only been asked to transferred 1 during my 16 years as an eXmark dealer and had no problem getting it done.

if a local dealer was to give me trouble doing this, what is the best bet for getting it done another way? (local exmark dealer is a p.i.t.a)
Just want to be 100% sure its not a big deal to transfer warranty's.
