Youe location is not what site you are on (i.e. lawnsite) but what city,state country you are located.
In most states you need a supervisors pesticide liscense to apply a pesticide for hire. In connecticut there are fines if you are caught by DEP without a liscense. Green times, BISH

generally that is the case / but from past experience before I had my license I used to spray for my employer all the time.. when I asked about hving a license he said that as long as he had his license I could work under his supervision without mine .. the laws are different in some places though I imagine ... c
