Was checking on some of my customers and notice lco areating a lawn. Stopped to check if he needed someone to fert. or spray for his accounts. I asked him if he does fertilizing and weed control, he said yes. Do you have a lic. to spray? NO, but my customers buy the product and I put it down(yea right). I said you have to be lic. to use pesticides, he I know, the county said I needed experice to get a lic. How do you get experince if you won't let me spray to get expierence? I told him what could happen if they find him using pesticides without a lic. Have a good day and l drove off. What do you think?

Someone who doesn't have a clue. What does he think, his spraying illegally and unknowledgebly is going to count for his experience? That is why they have have requirement of certification AND a written form for employers to testify for their experience. It will catch up...It is people like this who are making it hard for EVERYONE in our industry.
