You've got to add reading comprehension to your "to do" list.

Do you realize how you are making yourself look? People giving you genuine advice and all you do is talk back to them. You need some respect and learn to humble yourself

I only have two lawns that I have slightly under bid. And that’s because the backyard is like the side of Mt Everest. They could used about a $15 bump in price. All of my other accounts are above or spot on.

As for raising prices. I keep my long time customers at their present/pass rates. And mark up the new accounts. To offset the cost of fuel/inflation etc..

My grandparents were immigrants from overseas. My aunts and uncles came as teenagers (my father also) not speaking English.7 kids in all.5 have become self made millionaires. Not highly educated, but educated.just worked hard and made sacrifices. Yes im sure there was some luck involved, but not the deciding factor.they are still working.some normal jobs, some have own business and some also farm.lots of work.lots of strong work ethic.not fictional, just not true for all

They say that the annual inflation rate in this country is about 2% typically.

It really doesn't make sense. The only thing I've seen go up dramatically in the last 20 years is property/homes. I mean, prices go up, but I can't think of too many things that have gone up 40% in the last 20 years, and a lot of things are cheaper.

I find it hard to believe that you're as old as you claim.
