does this number sound reasonable

    More details please. Does 3.5' include buried block? What type of block? Is it a cut wall or a fill wall? etc.

    yes, the 3.5 includes buried block
    as far as type of block, it will be anchor, but im not sure which anchor product just yet

    its about right. id try to get as close to a 50%profit margin as possible.

    thats generally what i try to do, funny thing is, i have done maintenance for a long time, and i can price that like the back of my hand. Since being in business for myself, i have dont a bit of constuction, so pavers and blocks are easy for me to price as well. but I never remade a lawn so to speak, thats why i was hesitant on the number
