I know, everyones pet it is again. For the weekly mow/blow guys.

Curious about what everyone does, do you clean up and surcharge, flat out surcharge for non compliance with agreement, mow right over, or canx the agreement and dump the customer?

I mow over it once and then they get a call asking them to pick up their dog waste the day before I am there.

Ive had a couple of BAD ones in the past. I mowed them for quite awhile....always sickened by the smell of my mower even later the day I mowed. Now I dont have them..and I wont take one that is that bad again.

I just mow over it, my deck is high enough where the blades don't get at it. Most customers just don't listen even if you warn them and it's not worth dumping the account over. However, I absolutely refuse to pick up dog waste from a yard. I am a LCO, not a janitor. If you don't want to care for your home properly, it's not up to me. I am responsible for the grass, that's it.

I pick it up and put it in their BBQ grill and hope they get the hint.

I ignore it because I have more important things to worry about.
