Doing a large Audit

Finally got the H.O.A to approve 30 K + of work on moving, redesign, installing remote capable controllers..

Apparently my cycle and soak program hit it off there...They saved 20 K in water during a pretty warm for Greater Boston area.

Although its hard to put particular numbers on direct savings in water, we have been raising, moving, shutting off heads for 2 days...Large MP rotar conversion on tree medians....

Finding that spray head height is the main culprit for loss, I'm excited to see the system run...It should be a pretty easy turn on and service with new remotes...

Sorry Peter Fimco, but the RM just isn't in the budget @ this time...
Baby steps with my rep though...

Five 2 inch POC's, upwards of 70 PSI high flow
Four 30 + zone controllers...

I hope this audit pays off....Hopefully it will make our mark on commercial work in the area...

cycle and soak on 30+ zone controllers... well done! what's the secret?
First off we converted all beds to drip from poorly spaced sprays>cut run time on the rotars and sprays...

Then took the sprays ran them for 2-3 mins twice a watering cycle instead of the previous 8 mins per zone....The run off was amazing...

Mostly every third day and in the heat of the season every other day...
Installed new rain sensors...
