North GA seems to be a Dollar Spot incubator these days.
How bad is it?
While servicing one of my clients today in a large neighborhood (spraying for DS of course), two homeowners I had never met approached me about spraying their lawns. Turns out everyone on that entire street had DS.
It was like being the ice cream man on a hot summer day. I was totally unprepared for that, but was able to take care of one right away. Didn't have enough water or fungicide to deal with it.
In those cases I will do one-time applications, because these could easily become new clients.
