Did a search and had no luck. I used doubles on my older (1997) Toro WB and loved it. Bought a new Toro 44 inch WB few weeks ago, and noticed these newer models don't have the cradle for the blades to sit in. Do I still need to use a washer between the blades, or just set them together, and torque em tight?

    Ahhh... forget him...

Just sand the paint off the blades for metal to metal contact.
Clamp them in a + pattern with vise grips.
    Tighten down as usual.

By the way, how's the new mower doing?
Did you go for the Classic T-Bar hydro?

New mower is gr8!!! Sticked with the belt drive. Creature of habit i guess. And yes, I got it at "That" place in Hickory. Had no choice. It was either there or Charlotte. PM me Envy, let me know how it's going!!!
