The drive label recommends using methylated seed oil as the adjuvant. My supplier does not carry MSO , can anyone recommend a different adjuvant that would work well (crabgrass) ? Perhaps Hawkeye or Lesco spreader sticker ?

UAP/CPS's LI700 or Liberate works VERY well. Surf King Spreader, Thouroghbred are also listed on my label for Quinpro(generic Drive75)

I tried the sticker and got mixed results. I am going to try the MSO (not local I think) and see what happens.

If not working, last time I spend $80 for 1lb of drive.

We are using the liquid xlr8, all done with the powder. The liquid seems to work faster and we see control on all stages of the plant. There is no settling out factor on the liquid, easy to mix & measure.

Crop oil is a good replacemnt for MSO. Also Lesco's spreader sticker, also Lesco Hawkeye, (around $50 for half gallon)(but a little goes a long way).

I use Drive and MSO here in TN for the Crabgrass on Fescue turf. It does an OK job but just wondering if there is anything that would spike it? Maybe 3-way?

we use drive in a backpack sprayer and have mixed it with 3 way.for a sticker we use will stick to the plant alot better.the only downside we had with mixing it with 3 way is that we had some browning of the grass,we leaned out the 3 way mix a little and it seemed to help with the browning.the only time we mix the two is when we need to,mostly on new cust. that have alot of weeds and crabgrass otherwise we just spot spray the crabgrass.
