What do all of you think of one of those dump inserts for trucks. If any of you have used them how do they work and about how many yards can you fit in one on a 8' bed.

Best investment when it comes to saving time and labor. It is easy to move in and out of trucks to when you want to buy a new truck. I can take about 4 yards of mulch/grass and two yards of gravel or dirt. I take mine out in the winter no need to keep that 800 lbs in the back but that is because my truck is also my daily driver. If you want to see some pictures search my name I posted them awhile back.

I have nothing but good things to say about my Bri-Mar insert. The labor it saves is great. I could easily load 5 yrds of mulch in mine with 24" sides on it. If you have a loader available it's really easy to remove it in about 15 minutes.

My EZDump is one of top investment I've made. I've loaded 2-1/2 yard to topsoil with easy, however I had to remove it when I bought a gooseneck equipment trailer. I'll probably put it up for sale and buy a gooseneck dump trailer.

My dealer sells Truckcraft inserts. I have plans to purchase one this year. I like how they offer an all aluminum insert.

Got Truckcraft model tc-120. Great product, no problems over three years. Best manufactured item ever owned, compliments never stop.

love my EZ dumper insert. she lifts 5 yards of mulch heaping over the side boards. i think truckcraft has the much better hoist and also offers the aluminum model. the weight of mine alone probably puts the truck half way to legal limit. i used mine for dirt, mulch, firewood, but mostly for leaves i built a tall ugly box on it. work like a dream. i just got f550 12' grain dump for leaves to hold alot more but the ez dump is worth every penny.
