dump bed material

    i am picking up a truck this week and the bed floor needs to be replaced. I saw this material one time it looked like white plastic pressed into a board not sure if anyone has any idea on the material or an link to it

    It's composite, Reading/ABC uses it on some of their bodies.

    Like a cutting board? Its cslled uhmw or some combo of those letters

    A plastic supply place should have big sheets of it

    cutting board is exactly how i would describe it but i couldnt think of it. thanks for the help

    will it handle the weight of a 2 yard stainless salt spreader fully loader or a 3 yard poly spreader fully loaded

    Yes it will handle the weight but your not going to be able to handle the price of it. Just go slap some 1/8 inch steel in it and be done.

    The thickness will depend on your framework underneath .The more crossmembers the thinner you can go .
