I'm supposed to bid on my first duplex tonight, and am wondering how most of you deal with them. I normally have a $30 minimum, but the lawn on this one is tiny, maybe 2,000 sq ft in back, one little strip down the side, and a room sized patch in the front. In other words, I think $30 is going to sound awfully high (for this area).

Lady is moving into one side, and from the looks of things, the other side is currently vacant. Do you treat them as totally separate properties, or do some of you give a discount to both parties if you get the business of both renters?

    Thanks. Neill

I have a couple of duplexes. One is paid by the owner , the other is split between the two renters .The split one is a 30.00 account and they each pay 15.00 per week .
