    Hi,
I have a few people that I used Merit for grub control but the larger ones it won't kill I plan on following up with Sevin or Dylox. Sevin is a bit cheaper though. Anyone have a preference?
    Thanks!

I like Sevin. I think I remember our local insect professor saying it was better for European chafer--our main grub.

However, at this date until about August 15 you are better off with Merit or something similar. Or...use Arena--it has a longer window of effectiveness and kills a wider range of insects.

I already spread the Merit a few weeks ago and will usually follow up with Dylox/Sevin early August. Just trying to plan ahead.
